Whether you have a newborn in your arms or a 7-year-old running circles around you, there is a place for your family here. Our athletic play and creative arts classes build foundational sports skills, coordination, focus, confidence, and imagination in a joyful, faith-filled environment.

And for new mamas, this is more than a class. It's a community of parents and grandparents who show up, connect, and do life together.

We are multigenerational by design. This is where children, parents, and grandparents grow stronger, braver, and more creative side by side, fully present and screen-free.

At The Perch, that connection is everything we do.

Get ready for a high-energy, screen-free mix of athletic play, movement, and creativity built for the whole family, every generation.

Whether you have a newborn in your arms or a 7-year-old running circles around you, there is a place for your family here. And for new mamas, this is more than a class. It's a community of parents and grandparents who show up, connect, and do life together.

Our 60-minute classes bring children (birth to age 7), parents, and grandparents side by side to laugh, move, and connect. Little athletes and grown-ups explore soccer, rugby, track & field, football, and more. Together.

We believe in the equal balance of mind, body, and spirit, and our programming reflects that. Every class includes structured multi-sport athletic play, faith-filled character building story time, and unstructured hands-on creative arts. Together, these three pillars work in harmony to nurture the whole child. Every week is a brand-new adventure.

We handle everything. All you have to do is unplug, tuck your phone away, and show up. We'll take care of the rest.

Parent, grandparent, or caregiver participation is required — because play is better together!

You’ve got questions,
we’ve got answers

  • A typical class includes parent/grandparent-child warm-up, sports specific skill-building, team challenges, story time and fun creative art activities. Each class balances structure with plenty of active and creative play!

  • You should bring a water bottle, athletic shoes (no cleats please), weather-appropriate clothing!

  • All waivers and forms need to be completed during payment and before your first class. We do not make exceptions, since this helps keep everyone safe and ready to have fun!

  • Our team is CPR and first aid certified, and we keep our class sizes small to ensure every participant receives personal attention. We follow strict safety protocols for hydration, sanitization and equipment use, and every staff member passes a criminal background check before joining our team.

  • We do our best to avoid schedule changes, but emergencies happen. If any adjustments are necessary, we’ll notify parents via email as early as possible.

  • Our program is designed as a full monthly membership, so we don’t offer single-class or day-by-day registration. This structure helps ensure consistency, strengthens the bond between parents , grandparents and children through shared experiences, and provides the best overall experience for all.

  • Yes! You can try a trial class for $35 to see the fun before joining. Our monthly membership includes 1 class per week filled with parent-grandparent-child warm-ups, sports-specific skill-building, team challenges, story time, and creative art activities. Each class is designed to balance structure sports with plenty of active play and hands-on unstructured creativity, so children have a balance to stay engaged while building skills and confidence.

  • Yes! Families who attend more often receive built-in savings through our 2x and 3x per week memberships, which offer a lower per-class rate.

    Memberships can also be shared among siblings.

    Our goal is to keep The Perch simple, flexible, and family-friendly.

  • No problem! Memberships begin on the day your family joins and renew automatically each month on that same date.

    You may pause or cancel anytime with one week’s notice.

    Occasionally, some months may include an extra class or bonus activity. Just a little extra fun for our Perch families!
